Your daily overview

Optional health access reads Steps for today and Sleep for your latest sleep episode ending today from Apple Health or Android Health Connect. Optional Weight access reads only the latest measurement within the past 30 days, with its measurement date. Weight is never used to generate dietary or medical advice. Apps and devices must first share their readings with the relevant health store.

We request read access only. Readings are displayed and summarized in memory on your phone. They are not uploaded to Fadely Kam, stored in your finance account, sold, used for advertising, sent to an AI provider, or included in account exports and server backups. Only your choice to enable this feature is remembered on the device for the signed-in account.

You may decline individual data permissions. Unavailable data is shown as missing, not as zero. Disconnect stops in-app reads and clears the current summary. Revoke system permission in Apple Health or Health Connect settings to remove the app's access at the operating-system level.

Daily suggestions are general wellbeing ideas, not a diagnosis or treatment plan. Sleep information can be incomplete or delayed; choose activities that fit your own circumstances.

Approximate weather location

Cloudflare derives an approximate city and timezone from your connection's IP address. Our server uses rounded city-level coordinates with MET Norway to request the forecast. We do not send your IP address, account identifiers, or health readings to the weather service. IP location can be wrong, especially with a VPN. Weather can be hidden from the daily panel.

Weather data attribution and license: MET Norway, CC BY 4.0. Forecast highs and lows cover the remaining hours of the displayed local day, not a complete observed day.
